You can find out which travel vaccinations you need if any, by completing a (Holiday Vaccination Questionnaire see link above). You can obtain also one of these from the reception staff at the surgery. Please complete the questionnaire fully. The Practice Nurses will assess your form and will advise you which injections you will need. An appointment will be made for you and the practice nurse will administer the vaccinations and offer travel advice.

Our Practice Nurses have extended nursing roles and are able to work alongside the GPs in offering help and advice on a variety of health related conditions, eg acute minor illness and infections. An appointment can be made with either Nurse via Reception.
Our Healthcare Assistant offers routine blood pressure checks, dressings, health promotion advice and she also performs all of our new patient registration checks.
Physiotherapist: For muscle pain, sprains and general advice, the Physiotherapist can be contacted on 0191 4813902. There is no need to see a GP first.
