Practice Charges

Not every patient service will be free.  Certain forms, such as holiday cancellation forms, some holiday injections, GP reports to Schools, Councils, Employers, some private prescriptions etc, may be charged for as these are not standard NHS work.  Our Secretaries will be able to explain how much the charge will be for what it is you are requesting.  Contact them via our main telephone line.
